How to create an offset text for Cricut designs

1. Type text

2. Click mouse button, first from the left sidebar

3. Path, Object to path.

4. Object, Ungroup. Move individual letters if you wish.

5. Select all, Path, Union

6. Path, Linked offset.

7. Pick a color at the bottom, the click the square on text and drag to create offset.

8. Click mouse button, move text away from shadow.

9. Click shadow, Path, Object to path.

10. Select deleted unwanted paths (such as holes inside the shadow).

11. Select cursor, move text back to shadow. Select both text and shadow. Object, Align & Distribute, Select center on vertical icon, Select center on horizontal icon.

12. Select both layers, Object, Group.

13. File, Save As SVG file.
