1. Create the main text. I have used the font SF Collegiate for the word Beautiful.
2. To create the secondary text, I used Inkscape to create the offset text. For this text I used Yessy font.
3. Import the secondary text into Cricut Design Space.
4. Move the secondary text into the main text, and resize if need be.
5. Ungroup the shadow from the text. Move the text out.
6. Select the main text and the shadow in the main text and slice.
7. Delete the slice pieces. Move the secondary text into the main text.
